Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Lakeshore Drive

This hotel was exactly what I needed after a long day of work travel. I arrived earlier than the posted check in time, hopeful I would be able to check in early. Mansi at the front desk was able to check me in with no hesitation! The room was clean, comfy and quiet, no complaints. Great location off of 65 and along a main corridor with tons of stores and restaurants. I will definitely keep them in mind when I return.

The room is good, however the refrigerator is unusable and we were depending on having a functional refrigerator and the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but there must be some staffing issues. The room only had decaf coffee, so we went down the first morning to get regular coffee but they were completely out. The kitchen was closed as well. We're pretty disappointed with the stay, tbh.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt well cared for. What really stood out was the friendly, helpful staff—they were always smiling and ready to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for a relaxing and pleasant visit.

The hotel itself is great! We rented multiple rooms - all were clean, comfortable & made for a very relaxing stay. I would certainly recommend based on the accommodations alone. However, what truly makes this hotel 5 stars & the reason you should stay here are the people who work here!! The staff truly went above and beyond, providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Multiple people who we interacted with (from the night desk worker to the general manager) were extremely professional, kind & helpful. This level of hospitality significantly enhanced my experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and supportive stay!

Mansi went over and above to accommodate my family after 13 hours on the road. She was very friendly and understanding. We would absolutely book here again! The premises felt safe, was clean, and had great service! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Lakeshore Drive in Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Matthew at the front desk checked me in quickly and efficiently, and he was incredibly courteous and welcoming. It immediately set the tone for a great stay. Miss Donna prepared my Caesar salad and was so kind and attentive to detail — you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Keesha, the bartender, truly went above and beyond with her hospitality. She treated me like family and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. That level of service is rare these days and very appreciated. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long day. The only small suggestion I would make is that the bar could use some wine glasses, as they didn’t have any available during my visit. Other than that, everything was excellent. Because of the outstanding staff and overall experience, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location if you’re staying in Birmingham!

From the moment you walk in the door to check in you are greeted with a smile. Each host was patient , enthusiastic and provided great customer service. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this hotel it was my first time.
